Last updated: June 1, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Meta5 Trading Ltd ("Meta5", "we", "us"). By opening an account or using our platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Services are not offered to residents of certain restricted jurisdictions.

2. Account Opening

To open an account you must complete our registration and identity verification process. We reserve the right to refuse or close any account at our sole discretion.

3. Trading Risks

Trading leveraged products such as Forex and CFDs involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of your entire invested capital. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Order Execution

We act as principal in all transactions. Orders are executed under our Order Execution Policy. Quoted prices are indicative and may differ from execution prices in fast-moving markets.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Client funds are held in segregated accounts at tier-1 banks. Withdrawal requests are processed within 4 business hours and returned via the original deposit method where applicable.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in market manipulation, arbitrage abuse, latency exploitation, or any activity that violates applicable law.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meta5 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, unless overridden by local consumer protection law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and posted on this page with an updated revision date.
